I began my journey to recovery on March 3, 2017; from drug addiction and depression. When I returned to my community from treatment I had to adapt my new way of life to my same environment. This transformation was only possible with support and safe housing. I realized these were factors that many women did not have available in my commu
I began my journey to recovery on March 3, 2017; from drug addiction and depression. When I returned to my community from treatment I had to adapt my new way of life to my same environment. This transformation was only possible with support and safe housing. I realized these were factors that many women did not have available in my community. So I am determined to create this needed resource of transitional housing for the women in my community.
